To ensure consistency in our neighborhood, the HOA board needs to be aware of and/or approve certain modifications to your property. The City of Berkeley Lake, your right, left and across neighbor may also need to be aware of and approve modifications to your property. The Request for Modification Review (pdf) can be used as a guideline to ensure you provide the proper detail for quick consideration. You can send your plan, and/or the Request for Modification Review to Heritage or to the President and Vice President of the board (click here to find the annual board member emails). Once the board approves the plan, Heritage will store the approved plan for future reference.
