  • You are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse, including removing any food items, vacuuming, turning off lights and resetting the temperature, and putting waste in the large bins outside the clubhouse.
  • Use of the clubhouse does not include exclusive use of the pool; residents are allowed in the pool area while the clubhouse is rented.
  • Use of the clubhouse does not include use of the tennis courts.
  • Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Bounce houses and other inflatables are not allowed on the clubhouse property, as there is no safe location for them.
  • There is a gas grill for grilling. Please clean the grill after use and make sure to turn propane off when finished.
  • Please be sure to review the full list of Clubhouse Rules and Regulations.

Pool

The pool is open mid-May and closes in September. Pool hours are 9:00AM to 9:00PM daily. The pool code changes annually. If you do not have the code, contact any Board member.

  • We have tables and chairs along with lounge chairs available for use.
  • We do not have a lifeguard on duty, so children under the age of 14 are not allowed without an adult present. Additionally, the ratio of children to adults in your party cannot be greater than 5:1.
  • Pool rules as required by the county are posted on the entrance.  Be sure to review the full list of Community Pool Rules.

Pool Angels

At the time of our pool opening, we ask for 16-18 resident families to serve as “pool angels,” who commit to closing the pool each night for a week. Instructions on inclusive close-up responsibilities are given to those who volunteer and can also be found in the Pool Angel Responsibilities document.

Tennis

Berkeley Walk participates in both ALTA and USTA league play. Check out our history of victory over the years with the championship placards on the courts.

We currently are fielding the following teams:
